Refund Policy


Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days after receiving the items. If 7 days have gone by since you received your package, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.           

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.           

Several items are exempt from being refunded, please contact our customer support for more information     

For us to be able to complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the shipping tracking number of the returned item

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, please contact us to get the relevant returning address.

           

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.           

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us           

Sale items        

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.           

Exchanges        

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  

 

How to Claim Return/Refund/Exchange? 

  1. Make sure you make the claim within 7 days after receiving your package, contact us before sending out the parcel.

DO NOT send the products back to the shipping address listed on the package or else it will be shipped to a warehouse center and not to the relevant location

  1. Mail subject should include your order number
  2. Name the refund/return/exchange reason and support it with pictures / videos

 As soon as we process your request we will contact you back with a return procedure and the returning address, we might ask you to include some farther information. 

  1. Send us an email with the shipping tracking number 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

* You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
